The dilemma of idol groups' part distributions

The members who are good at singing have to be given more parts than the others.
-The members who couldn't sing at first are starting to improve, though?
-Just because they're good at singing, doesn't mean they're not allowed to take it easy

They're a team after all, they should be given the exact same and fair part distribution
-What if the quality of the song drops because of it?
-All of them should be given the same chances

-#1.. Because if the members who can't sing get so many parts in the song, I probably will end up not listening to it..ㅜㅜ

-#1.. Just as long they're given more than one line, then it's okayㅠㅠ

-It will be unfair if the members who can't sing don't have any parts, but it's true that the ones who are good at singing should be given a lot of parts.. They're a team anyway, they should work together..

-#2.. They're not in one team for no reason..

-#1.. For digital songs, it's okay since they can record it and fix it again if they don't like it.. But what if they have to sing it live..ㅠㅠ

-#1.. But if all of the group's members are really talented then #2..

-I think it's really important to see who suits the song more..

-#1.. Just as long they don't be cruel and only give one line to the ones who can't sing..

-#1.. Because their fans are not the only one who listen to their songs, they need to save the song by giving the members who are good at singing more parts than the others..

-The only group who gives fair part distribution is BTOB, don't you think so?ㅋㅋㅋ

-#1.5

-#1.. They can just give the other members more screen time to show case their dancing skills..

-That's why they have their own positions, right..? Such as the main dancer, leader, etc..

-I personally think it's #1.. Because they need to survive in the industry..
